- 1 + 1/3 cup raw walnuts
- 7-10 dates pitted
- 1/3 cup raw unprocessed cocoa powder
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp of water
- Chopped Walnuts or Crushed Peppermints (optional)
Intructions:
1. First pulse your walnuts until small and crumbly
2. Add the dates and extract to the raw truffle recipe and process again until the mixture sticks together and the dates are well processed.
3. Roll into a ball and freeze. Add whatever toppings you like!
