- 2 ripe peaches, quartered, pits removed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 5 ounces siggis peach yogurt (or you can use 1/2 unsweetened almond milk)
- maple syrup, optional
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and let set for 5-10 minutes so the oats and chia seeds can soak. Then blend until smooth. Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Serve immediately
