- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 medium banana, cut into slices and frozen
- 1/4 cup Siggis blueberry yogurt or plain yogurt (any brand works)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons old fashion rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon "pure" maple syrup
- 1/2- 1 cup baby spinach
Direections:
Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and puree until smooth. Adjust amounts of maple syrup and almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
